A. Anti-Dumping Duties

B. Anti-Subsidy Duties

W.T.O agreements on subsidies. We also prepare comprehensive legal and substantive representations
for the defense and/or initiation of a case. Our economists and experts advise various
associations, companies and the State on matters arising under the W.T.O Subsidy Agreements.
C. Safeguard Duties
Safeguard duties are temporary measures in defense of the Domestic Industry which is injured
or has potential threat of injury due to sudden surge in imports. Our team of experts formulates
a complete strategy, carries out market research and prepares a comprehensive report for
initiation and/or defense of a Safeguard Duty case.
D. W.T.O Dispute Settlement proceedings
We advise and represent the State and the industry interest in W.T.O dispute resolution
consultations/panels.

industries in respect of the implications of various W.T.O rules and agreements affecting
